We’ve been tagged by Captain Jack and Sir Dante for the Nicknames Meme.

Here are the rules for the Nicknames Meme:

Post a link to the kitty who tagged you, and post the rules on your blog. List your real name, how you got your real name, nicknames you like/tolerate, and nicknames you wish your humans would stop calling you. Tag several kitties, and write a comment on their blog to let them know they have been tagged.

Sunny here, I’ll go first.

Sunny is my real name and my Mommy chose it. She says the beautiful orange color of my fur reminded her of the sun. So that’s how I got my name.

Some of my nicknames are: Gravy (that’s really like my second name), fat boy and Mommy’s little fat boy.

Nicknames I don’t like include: wide load coming through, Sunny NO!, and Sunny Mommy Said NO!. I’m sure you can understand why.

Okay, I’ll go next even though I should have went first because I rule, and I am the oldest. I got my name Rascal from my Daddy. Daddy says he named me that because I was a bad little kitty as a kitten. Always getting into everything I shouldn’t have. I don’t think I did that though.

Nicknames I have include: Rat, Fritz Rat and MB. According to Mommy MB stands for bad words. Mean b*tch. Do you believe that? I don’t. Not for a second. They wouldn’t call me bad words. I’m a very sweet kitty. Come closer and let me tenderize lick you. I’ll show you how sweet I am.

Finally, it’s my turn! They saved the cutest for last. <big grin> My real name is Olive Oyl. I was named that by Mommy and Daddy because I was a very skinny little kitten even after they had me for 6 weeks out in Daddy’s shed. I was scrawny!
Look at me compared to my sisters after 6 weeks. I was 12 weeks old in that picture. Skinnie minnie, yep that was me.

Nicknames? I have lots of cute nicknames! First there’s Ollie, then Ollie Dollie, then Dollie Toes, then Sweet Pea (Daddy calls me that, he loves me). Then there’s Petey Pie, I don’t get that one.

I don’t have any nicknames I don’t like. All my nicknames are cute. Just like me.

We’re going to tag some kitties that we believe haven’t done the meme yet, so we’re going to tag Eric, Raven of The Zoo, and Baby Mao.

I had a very full weekend. It was absolutely exhausting! What with all the playing

and eating heartily to maintain my gravyness in it’s excellent condition.

That’s very important! Don’t ever let your Mom or Dad tell you otherwise! If they do, you tell them “But Sunny said so!” and then show them yer backside. You gotta show them Moms and Dads who’s boss!

Gosh, I need a nap now.

Mommmmyyyyyy, can you turn the flashy thing off? Please? Pretty please with purrs on top?

Whew. Finally. Now I can take my nap.

Weekend’s can be tough on us mancats. Don’t you agree?
